The Action is managed according to the structures and procedures listed in Annotated Rules for COST Actions (level C), Section 3 COST Action Management. Specifically the Action Management includes:

The Action is managed by a Management Committee (MC), which comprises of up to two Management Committee members per participating COST country. MC Members will meet every six months to coordinate and organise the Action activities in accordance with the Action objective, as specified in both the Action MoU and the Action approved Work and Budget Plan. MC members should include Action Chair, Action Vice Chair, Grant Holder, WG Leaders. MC, represented by Action Chair, will report to Action Scientific Officer (ASO). The Core Group, composed by all leadership positions, is delegated by MC for daily decisions:
